Who are tr3?
tr3 ― pronounced tee-are-three ― is a platform created for serious runners, by serious runners.
We publish authentic, high-quality, science-backed content for recreational runners who care about optimal performance.
This is a space for the kind of runners who open Strava before they shower. We're writing for the people who run to chase growth, not (just) to justify dessert.

What does 'tr3' mean?
Our name stems from our belief in the four equally important stages that
make up the cycle of a runner's journey:
- Train: proper training is the bedrock of any runner
- Race: racing is why we train, it's the fun part
- Recover: often under-appreciated, recovery is essential for longevity and performance
- Repeat: by training, racing and recovering well, we can repeat this process indefinitely
